pallet, post prot ector for heavy duty pallet racking, cross bar and other relative products. In 2017, we established our own automatic galvanizing production lines with a fully data control system (DCS) for sewage collection and treatment in accordance with China' s latest regulation. So we are a professional manufacturer that is equipped with both electroplating zinc and powder coating production lines,enabling us to provide our clients with one-stop service for products processing and surface treatment.

In 2003, we passed through the ISO9001:2000 certification by SGS. From 2008, we improved our management again, all the production field of our company were controlled by 5S management. We utilize automatic wire mesh welder machines, automatic powder coating lines, advanced automatic galvanizing production line, precision large-tonnage punching equipments, high-frequency straight seam welded pipe line and imported CO2 welding robots.
 

To ensure the products' high quality, each steel material of the products we use have a certain quality requirement. Thus we never purchase poor quality but price cheap steel material from the market. And to guarantee the products' quality, we check the quality from the material purchasing to each step of product production and finally before shipment.
